General Information:

Monthly reservations are for unit type and location with unit number subject to change in a location such as Canal House where there are approximately 30 units available as rentals.
A Minimum $200 (payable in US funds) security deposit is required for all units. Security deposits are not prepaid rent. Some units require $500 deposit.
Security deposits are refundable less charges for long distance calls, damages and check out cleaning.
No credit cards are accepted. Rental payments should be made in exact amounts as cash is not held in the office.
All bank drafts or checks should be made payable to Earl Thacker, Ltd. Office is open weekdays from 8:30 AM until 4 PM to receive payments.
All units are no smoking as are common areas.
All rents are due upon arrival or check in date.
All units are general housekeeping units and do not include daily or weekly maid service.
All vacation rentals include local phone, cable TV and utilities.
Check out cleaning is not optional and is as per invoice from cleaning service. Check out cleaning charges may be reduced if all laundry is properly washed, dried, folded and stowed prior to departure. Some units have mandatory check out cleaning with a set fee.
A Tenant Information manual is provided within each unit with house rules and general instructions.
All guests and residents are responsible to register with their respective resident managers.
Suggested check out instructions are being put on the reverse of all the request forms.
